Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the SI7 System, including logging service requests, work orders, and providing PPMs to engineers.
Coordinate service visits with 3rd party contractors to ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to and any arising works are actioned accordingly.
Ensure the CBRE permit and Contractor Management process are adhered to, and permits are completed.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively to ensure tight deadlines are met.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
