We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to help manage a Residential Development in a dynamic and fast-growing company.

This is a full-time permanent position working standard office hours and paying up to £40K per annum depending on experience.

As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring effective and successful management of the development operations and staff

Coordinating and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the operations run smoothly

Overseeing contractors and leading by example by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining work at the highest standard

Managing the overall budget

Responding to any queries and complaints professionally

Being accountable for resident experience

What we are looking for in a Facilities Operations Manager:

Experienced professional with a background in residential or mixed-use buildings

Strong management and budgetary experience

Great understanding of operations and facilities management

Passionate about customer service

Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude

Relevant Facilities Management/Health & Safety Qualifications
