Ensuring effective and successful management of the development operations and staff
Coordinating and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Overseeing contractors and leading by example with exceptional customer service and maintaining work at the highest standard
Managing budgets and responding to queries and complaints professionally
Ensuring accountability for resident experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
Experience as an Asst Facilities Manager in residential or mixed-use buildings
Management and budgetary experience
A great understanding of operations and facilities management
A passion for customer service
A driven, proactive, and can-do attitude
Relevant Facilities Management/Health & Safety Qualifications
