Job Description: The Cardiff Reception Services Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing daily operations in the reception area.

Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills as a reception manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide excellent customer service in Welsh and English.
  • To manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • To handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area.
  • To process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Welsh and English.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
