Job Summary

Interv_l Group | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our renewable energy division, you will be responsible for managing commercial solar PV projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, including the UK Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, Fire Risk Assessments, Traffic Management Plans, and Fire and Emergency Plans.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements

  • Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial and utility-scale solar PV installations.
  • Understanding of generation electrical systems and grid connection procedures G100/G99.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
