Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new sales agents across the region and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet KPIs and targets.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers, office-based managers, and staff to achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of your sales team, providing regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills to gain results and a willingness to travel.
  • 2 years of experience in sales management and 2 years of experience in field sales.
