Likewize, a leading provider of tech protection and support solutions, is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and optimize performance across key regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert training to sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Travel to key locations to implement sales strategies and provide on-site training
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) with sales teams
  • Deliver regular sales performance updates and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales optimization plans
  • Promote Likewize's capabilities and value proposition to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales optimization and growth in a similar role
  • Strong industry knowledge and expertise in tech protection and support
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to leverage data to drive sales performance and inform business decisions
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
