The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new sales strategies across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet KPIs and targets.
  • Collaborate with other regional sales managers and office-based managers to achieve sales goals.
  • Set targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Establish and drive business forward within the region.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
  • Experience in the renewables or green energy sector is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
  • Strong leadership skills to gain results and willingness to travel.

  • Sales Management: 2 years (required).
