The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new sales strategies across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet KPIs and targets.
- Collaborate with other regional sales managers and office-based managers to achieve sales goals.
- Set targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Establish and drive business forward within the region.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
- Experience in the renewables or green energy sector is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Strong leadership skills to gain results and willingness to travel.
