The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across the region.
  • Collaborating with our sales team and office-based staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets, and monitoring the performance of your sales team.
  • Establishing and driving business growth within the region.
  • Providing regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams, with a strong background in sales management.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or home improvement sectors is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • 2+ years of field sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
