Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, including arts, crafts, games, and social events.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities that promote the care home's values and mission.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs of residents, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
