Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging programs that promote resident wellbeing and happiness
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' interests and preferences, ensuring personalized approaches to activity planning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and belonging
  • Source and procure resources, materials, and equipment necessary for activities, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
