Activity Programme Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activity Programme Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activity Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and other activities that promote the well-being of our residents.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in a care setting.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
