Activity Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Activity Coordinator at HC-One. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that bring joy and stimulation to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and promote the care home in the local community.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and activities.
- Identify and address any safeguarding concerns and report them to the relevant authorities.
