Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate emergency housing services, including intake and assessment processes;
• Provide support and guidance to homeless individuals on day-to-day activities that promote independent living;
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and support plans;
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and achieve outcomes;
• Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders;

Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
• 3+ years' experience working with vulnerable populations or in a related field;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Basic knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures;
• Ability to pass a DBS check;
