We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Services Response Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls from members of the public or agencies requesting the services of the Social Services out-of-hours team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and initiate necessary action to resolve the incident.
- Record the nature of all calls received and actions initiated, by data input onto the computerised call handling system or other recording systems.
- Report any faults on alarm equipment linked to Derby Care Link.
- Conduct tests on installations, fault find and report as necessary.
Requirements:
- A high standard of oral communication skills.
- A high standard of written communication.
- Experience of working with the public.
- Experience of maintaining and updating computerised records.
Salary: £12.09 - £15.26 per hour.
