About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Youth Development Coordinator to support the delivery of our NHS Cadet Programme. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people to develop their citizenship skills and encourage them to pursue careers in the NHS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the recruitment of young people onto the programme
  • Delivering training and activities to young people
  • Acting as a point of contact for young people to ensure they maximise their opportunities for growth and development
