Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Juniper Aged Care, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resident care plans
- Assess residents' needs and develop care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Mentor and supervise care staff
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent resident status
- Experience in clinical care provision
- Strong planning and coordination skills
