Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify residents' needs and develop effective care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive holistic care and support
Requirements:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Experience of working in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Kind and compassionate approach to care
