Mental Health Nurse Position

Willing Care is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our nursing team. Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized nursing care plans for individuals with complex mental health conditions and dementia
- Administering medications, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring holistic care to meet the diverse needs of the service users
- Providing valuable support and education to service users and their families, playing a key role in promoting mental health awareness and overall well-being
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize the quality of care
- Acting as a strong advocate for the rights and needs of individuals facing mental health challenges, fostering a culture of empowerment and understanding
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care and support to service users
