Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in the Derbyshire Early Intervention in Psychosis Service.

The successful candidate will work in the community to support individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis, providing holistic care and collaborating with families and carers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered Mental Health Nurse looking to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage caseloads of individuals with first-episode psychosis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care planning and safety assessments
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including psycho-social interventions and CBTp informed practice
  • Safeguard adults and children, adhering to NMC code of conduct and CPA guidelines
