Capital Equipment Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Herts / Essex area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through innovative marketing and networking techniques
  • Arrange presentations, proposals, and negotiations to introduce products and services
  • Manage customer portfolios and maintain ongoing relationships

We are a well-established and respected national plant sales company, backed by a major global plant equipment manufacturer. We offer a competitive salary, uncapped monthly commission, company car, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment or plant machinery sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE
