Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team as part of the Restart scheme. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our participants and clients. You will lead a team of Employment Advisors, Trainers, Assistant Employment Advisors, and Site Coordinators, inspiring them to achieve contractual performance and quality targets.
You will support your team in addressing barriers to employment faced by participants and ensure each person who works with your team leaves with the self-confidence and necessary skills to secure and sustain employment. Our ideal candidate will have effective coaching and mentoring skills, experience in a supervisory role, and a high level of initiative and motivation.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a good working knowledge of the local labour market, experience of working in a target-driven environment, and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards. Knowledge of the employability industry and experience of working with people in advice and guidance environments are desirable.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of £29,858 to £32,585 p.a. (dependent on experience) with great benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 2 Volunteer Days, pension, healthcare cash plan, and annual pay review.

Key Responsibilities- Meet and strive to exceed personal and team performance targets (Key Performance Indicators).
- Lead, inspire, motivate, and coach teams to achieve team and individual targets.
- Work collaboratively with Business Manager and support functions to support customer progression and achieve the best outcomes for customers.
- Drive a high-performance culture in line with Seetec Pluss' vision and values.
Essential:
- Previous leadership/management experience.
- A good working knowledge of the local labour market.
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the employability industry.
- Experience of working with people in advice and guidance environments.
