Care Team Leader

At Greensleeves Care, we are thrilled to announce a vacancy for a Care Team Leader at our esteemed Harleston House. We are in search of a skilled individual to support the Home Manager in upholding and enhancing the exceptional care standards we provide to our residents.
As the Care Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of both day and night care services, including new resident admissions.
- Ensuring that exemplary care standards are consistently met to cater to the unique needs of each resident, while also monitoring and maintaining these standards.
- Mentoring and guiding new and less experienced staff members in all facets of their roles within the home.
- Demonstrating flexibility in your work schedule.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in managing staff within a care home or a similar environment.
- An NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or an equivalent credential.
- Advanced knowledge in medication management.
