As the Senior Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the efficient operation of both day and night care services, including the management of new resident admissions.
- Ensuring that the highest levels of care are consistently delivered to cater to the unique needs of each resident, while actively monitoring and maintaining these standards.
- Mentoring and guiding new and less experienced staff members in all facets of their roles within the facility.
- Demonstrating flexibility in your work schedule.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a care home or a similar environment.
- An NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or an equivalent certification.
- Advanced knowledge of medication management protocols.
