Greensleeves Care is thrilled to announce an opening for a Care Team Leader at our esteemed Harleston House. We are in search of a qualified individual to support the Home Manager in upholding and enhancing the exceptional care standards we provide to our residents.

As the Care Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the efficient operation of both day and night care services, including new resident admissions.
  • Ensuring that exemplary care standards are consistently met to cater to the unique needs of each resident while monitoring and sustaining these standards.
  • Mentoring and guiding new and less experienced staff members in all facets of their roles within the home.
  • Exhibiting flexibility in your work schedule.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in managing staff within a care home or a comparable environment.
  • An NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or an equivalent certification.
  • Advanced knowledge in medication management.
