Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Executive to lead our commercial team in EMEA. As the business leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and commercial success for Dentsu in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with global premium properties and lead the pitch process to brand clients from deck creation to inventory management, pricing, and client services across Europe.
  2. Lead Commercial Team: Act as the head of DSI's commercial team in the European market, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure targeted revenue generation.
  3. Develop Commercial Strategy: Develop a brand-led strategy and lead regional sales tactics for Europe, collaborating with MKTG, Dentsu Sports Analytics, and wider dentsu sports networks to develop our consulting business and integrated solutions in the region.
  4. Manage Salesforce Performance: Ensure the effective management of Salesforce performance to drive revenue growth and commercial success.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and commercial success.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing sales strategies by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
