About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Leader to lead our growth across the UK and EMEA region. As a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in the payments industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for our payments solutions across the UK and EMEA, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to the company's long-term success by playing a pivotal role in scaling the business during a period of rapid growth.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales within the payments industry, with a strong focus on market expansion in the UK and EMEA.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team across multiple regions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of developing and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Based in London, with the flexibility to travel across the EMEA region as required.
