About the Role

As a Patient Flow Resource Manager at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to achieve our QIAA Objectives. This involves providing administrative support for non-clinical staff, recording and reporting delays, setting up crisis beds on S1, and producing robust processes for managing these beds.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing non-clinical staff and other professionals, implementing significant changes in working practices, monitoring standards of care, providing supervision, and working within a multidisciplinary team. A degree or equivalent level qualification is also essential, along with evidence of continuing professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including access to our Prepare to Care programme for all new starters.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the crisis beds are running smoothly, and that all necessary data is recorded and reported accurately. You will work closely with the team manager to achieve the QIAA objectives and provide supervision to ensure that the team is working effectively.
