Patient Experience Manager Position
Musckids is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to join our team at Chester Nursing Center in the United States. As a Patient Experience Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of programs that promote patient well-being and socialization.
About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to design and deliver programs that meet the unique needs of our patients. You will assess, treat, plan, and intervene in a manner consistent with professional practices and ethical standards.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. We also offer paid parental leave, advancement opportunities, and benefits including South Carolina State Health Insurance and South Carolina State Retirement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in skilled nursing environments and managing teams. A High School Degree or GED is required, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is preferred.
