Job Overview:
As an Operating Department Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow and develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and administer medications as required
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
- 6 months of Orthopaedic experience as a Scrub Nurse
- Valid right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided)
- Proof of vaccinations/immunity
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service
- Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
- 2x Clinical References
