About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our litigation and dispute resolution solution, you will play a crucial role in handling a caseload of pre-action and litigated matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and undertake all pre-action steps, ensuring timely and effective resolution of disputes.
  • Issue Court Action and take all necessary steps up to and including enforcement, demonstrating a strong understanding of the civil procedure rules.
  • Prepare and draft Court documentation, including Statements of Case, Witness Statements, Disclosure Statements, and Bundles, showcasing your technical expertise.
  • Provide guidance and training to paralegals and legal administrators, leveraging your experience and knowledge to support team development.
  • Gather and analyze evidence and data to support valid claims, demonstrating your ability to work in high-volume environments.
  • Conduct research and analysis of case law to support legal arguments, showcasing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in dispute resolution on behalf of clients, demonstrating your advocacy and communication skills.
  • Experience with case management systems is essential, as you will be responsible for delivering commercial litigation and supporting a win/win culture within the team.
