About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our litigation and dispute resolution solution, you will play a crucial role in handling a caseload of pre-action and litigated matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and undertake all pre-action steps for matters assigned to you.
  • Issue Court Action and take all necessary steps up to and including enforcement.
  • Prepare and draft Court documentation, including Statements of Case, Witness Statements, Disclosure Statements, and Bundles.
  • Provide guidance and training to paralegals and legal administrators on litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Conduct research and analysis of case law to support legal arguments and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in dispute resolution on behalf of clients.
  • Experience working with case management systems and delivering commercial litigation services.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise in litigation and dispute resolution, with a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Confident advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Court.
  • Subject matter expertise in litigating energy debt, with a keen understanding of the industry.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual, with a can-do attitude and a love of learning.
  • Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding targets.
