Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Administrator. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients.
  • Answer, screen, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Meet and greet visitors and contractors, checking and collating visitor badges as required.
  • Perform administrative duties, including printing and collating training materials, ordering stationery, laminating documents, and handling postal requirements.
  • Travel between company sites, utilizing a car and driving license, to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Reception or administrative role, or transferable skills from a retail or hospitality background.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Access to a car and a valid driving license, with a willingness to travel between company sites.
