Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for visitors and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Reception area, including answering and forwarding calls, meeting and greeting visitors, and handling administration duties such as printing and collating documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including ordering stationery, laminating documents, and handling postal requirements.
- Travel between sites as required, utilizing a car and driving license.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Reception or administrative role, or transferable skills from a retail or hospitality background.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Access to a car and a valid driving license.
