Job Summary:

As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive business value and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement procurement category strategies for Cyber Security and Risk Management, aligning with business requirements and driving value creation.
  • Lead the development of global procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Strategy Implementation:

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and drive cost savings.
  • Manage contract planning, negotiation, execution, interpretation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead key projects to support savings delivery and risk mitigation, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding business requirements and identifying opportunities to create value.
  • Align sourcing strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment and plan delivery, working across multiple countries and cultures.

External Supplier Relationships:

  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for key strategic vendors in spend categories.
  • Manage suppliers through a robust performance management process, ensuring supplier performance is understood and measured.

Business Strategy:

  • Champion the sourcing group management process and policies across functions, linking these to the company's strategic direction.
  • Utilize complex business processes in all supplier transactions, including risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong procurement experience, particularly in developing and implementing strategies, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing strategy and managing across multiple markets.
  • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  • Good understanding of procurement tools and skillsets, including sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, supplier review, and supplier development.
  • English proficiency (written and oral), with other languages a plus.
  • Good knowledge of finance and legal matters, including contracting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global projects and contracting.
