Senior Global Category Manager

This is a senior-level position within the Procurement and Supply Chain department, responsible for managing global categories and driving strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in the BPO category and a strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives within the department
  • Manage global categories and strategy
  • Ensure effective communication across various teams and departments
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts
  • Continuously improve procurement processes and practices
  • Identify and manage risks within the supply chain
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience within the BPO category
  • Experience in managing global strategy
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience with contract management
  • Proficiency in risk management and compliance
  • An understanding of procurement processes and best practices
