About the Role

Perrigo Company is dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable self-care products that consumers trust worldwide. We're seeking an experienced Global Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in a key strategic global category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management stakeholders to align on category goals and objectives.
  • Anticipate and analyze consumer trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform category strategy.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovation pipelines, including concept development, research, and product launches.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier countries across Europe to drive category growth.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing actions on sales and provide insights for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of strategic thinking and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence peers, leadership, and local teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare, OTC, or FMCG.
