The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Head of BD & Marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and develop a sales-driven culture within the organization. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, prospects, and targets, developing BD and marketing materials, and representing the firm at conferences and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior personnel, coaching, and influencing their approach to business development. They must also have a proven ability to build relationships across various roles and seniority levels within a business.
