Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
  2. Logging queries and setting tasks for the purchasing team using our Sage CRM system.
  3. Processing customer orders and preparing quotes.
  4. Chasing updates on deliveries and keeping customers informed.
  5. Reviewing on-hold orders and zero-value pricing orders.
  6. Sales invoice runs and inputting data on Sage.
  7. Running reports and performing general administration duties.
