We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing visitor bookings, taking control of the switchboard, authorising meeting room bookings, supporting engineers, and providing administrative support.

About the Salary

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, which reflects the skills and experience required for the position. As a Receptionist at Page Personnel Sales, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and we offer a range of benefits to support your career development and well-being.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and tidy main reception area, providing high-quality customer service to both staff and guests, and ensuring that the service and experience delivered meets our company's values. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, strong administrative skills, and be a competent user of Microsoft Office suite.
