Stroke Rehabilitation Assistant

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stroke Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with stroke and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support therapists in providing a high-quality stroke service within Warwickshire
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and relatives to maximize rehabilitation potential
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and efficiency of service provision
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
- GCSE (or equivalent) pass in English and Maths
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting, AND/OR working with people with a variety of physical conditions, AND/OR working as a therapy assistant
- Experience of working as part of a team
