Job Description:

This role is accountable for managing the end-to-end compliance and onboarding process, providing candidates with a supportive and positive experience, ensuring all legislative requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end compliance and onboarding process for new joiners.
  2. Conduct 'Right to Work' checks and ensure Home Office guidelines are followed.
  3. Organise specific and relevant clinical training for new joiners.
  4. Complete online contract information and send it digitally to new joiners.
  5. Ensure final audit signoff process is completed and finalised on the HR System.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience of delivering process improvements.
  • Ability to report on and analyse inputs, trends, and performance.
  • Good Excel experience to capture, manage and analyse data.
  • Previous experience in health and social care; or a CQC or Ofsted regulated environment would also be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a contributory pension scheme.
