Compliance Specialist

The role of Compliance Specialist is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for managing the end-to-end compliance and onboarding process. This involves providing candidates with a supportive and positive experience, ensuring all legislative requirements are met.
Main duties of the job- This individual will have a background in ongoing compliance regulations and pre-employment checks surrounding all staff's compliance, onboarding, and training for new additions to our team.
- The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process, using expertise to respond to queries and questions from new joiners going through the compliance and onboarding process.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Required skills and qualifications- Experience of delivering process improvements.
- Ability to report on and analyse inputs, trends, and performance.
- Good Excel experience to capture, manage and analyse data.
- Previous experience in health and social care; or a CQC or Ofsted regulated environment would be beneficial.
