Team Administrator for Mental Health Services Job Summary:

Tewv Brits seeks a skilled Team Administrator to support its mental health services in Seaham. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Contact patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals to gather information and provide updates.
  2. Maintain accurate records, including patient data, appointment schedules, and treatment plans.
  3. Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  4. Handle financial transactions while adhering to strict guidelines and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills, achieved through obtaining a minimum of a Level 2 or O-Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9).
