Team Administrator for Mental Health Services

Tewv Brits seeks a skilled Team Administrator to support its mental health services in Seaham. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals to gather information and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient data, appointment schedules, and treatment plans.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle financial transactions while adhering to strict guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills, achieved through obtaining a minimum of a Level 2 or O-Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9).
