Clinical Administration Assistant Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Administration Assistant in Seaham. This role involves supporting our mental health services, interacting with service users and members of the public, and contributing to maintaining efficient services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals to gather information and provide updates.
  • Manage accurate records, including patient data, appointment schedules, and treatment plans.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Process financial transactions while adhering to strict guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Person Specification:
  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills, achieved through obtaining a minimum of a Level 2 or O-Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9).

Salary and Benefits:
  • £25,500 - £30,660 per annum
