About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Paediatrician to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Consultant Paediatrician, you will be responsible for leading our Paediatric Diabetes team and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Diabetes MDT clinics and participate in weekly diabetes MDT meetings
  • Undertake consultant of the week duties on a 1:10 basis at Conquest Hospital
  • Participate in non-resident cross-site on-call responsibilities (1:10) and SSPAU shifts at Conquest and DGH

Person Specification

  • MBBS or equivalent Full registration with GMC and a licence to practice
  • Holds CCT or equivalent or will obtain within 6 months of interview date
  • MRCPCH
  • Valid Level 3 Safeguarding training
