About the Role:
We are seeking a Clerical Controller - Healthcare to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for checking booking lists, data input, and completing ad-hoc forms/invoices as necessary. You will also be involved in maintaining patient flow across all control areas through effective liaison with colleagues and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Receive requests for patient transport and queries regarding ambulance journeys
* Undertake general clerical duties, including data input and completing ad-hoc forms/invoices as necessary
* Maintain patient flow across all control areas through effective liaison with colleagues and hospital staff
