**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Transport Dispatcher to join our team at EMED Group. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £69 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To receive and respond to patient transport requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To manage the dispatch of operational crews to ensure timely collection and delivery of patients between destinations.
  • To maintain accurate records of patient transportation and comply with relevant service procedures and standing orders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties including data input and completion of forms/invoices as necessary.
