We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Corporate Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for proactively searching, attracting, and short-listing candidates using all necessary tools available, including on-line job boards.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead by example, self-motivate, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A driving licence and own vehicle are also essential for this role.

As a Corporate Recruitment Manager, you will have the opportunity to work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining various databases, including adding new candidates and CV entry.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000, plus bonus, and a range of benefits, including Simply Health Cash Plan, Life assurance, Free On-site Parking, Birthday Meal, Family Fun, Monthly Social Hour, Birthday Day off, and Annual Award Ceremonies. After completing the probation period, you will also be entitled to 28 days of holiday.
